Office Coordinator – Simplified Job Description

The Office Coordinator ensures everything runs smoothly in the office. They connect with teams inside and outside the company to keep work on track and help complete tasks on time. This role needs someone who’s organized, communicates well, and can handle multiple responsibilities at once.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

·       Reseller Support:

Be the main point of contact for reseller questions. Solve problems quickly, share clear info about products and policies, and work with other teams to fix common issues.

·       Team Coordination:

- Graphics Team: Assign and track creative tasks like designs.
- Social Media Team: Coordinate posts, captions, ads, etc.
- Sales & Marketing Team: Support events, demos, collaborations, and other marketing activities.
Always make sure everyone knows their tasks and follows up regularly.

·       Content Help:

Create or check written content when needed.

·       Printing Support:

Work with the printing team to get all marketing and office materials printed correctly and on time.

·       Work with Leadership:

Support the top team with meeting schedules, office tasks, and important follow-ups.

·       Event & Exhibition Prep:

- Plan and arrange all materials (posters, pamphlets, etc.) for events.
- Ensure vendors deliver the right items, on time.
- Help with setting up tables, product displays, and overall smooth running of the events.
