Job Description

  • Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
  • Handle day to day office activities
  • Answer phone calls and manage emails
Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Processes:
- Receive and process quotations from vendors.
- Assist with finalizing procurement decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
2. Excel:
- Manage and maintain procurement data in Excel.
- Generate reports and track procurement metrics.
3. Communication:
- Send emails to vendors and clients.
- Follow up with clients and vendors on procurement status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.
4. Administrative:
- Maintain procurement documentation and records.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
