Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support:

  1. Assist the sales team in daily operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales presentations and proposals.

  1. Track sales activities, monitor progress against targets, and prepare regular sales reports for management.

  1. Handle customer inquiries, providing product information and follow-up support with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

  1. Ensure closure of sales lead into Orders with collaborative efforts with field sales and Technical Support team. 

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring that all customer interactions are logged and tracked.

  1. Foster strong relationships with key clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.

  1. Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers.

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the food processing industry.

  1. Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to support the sales team in strategic decision-making.
