Office Coordinator
Location: Sector 42, Gurgaon
Experience: 8-15 years
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, have a good command of MS Excel and Word, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of quotations.
Filling of Tenders through various portals.
Order processing and material dispatch.
Coordinate daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes
Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital records
Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and documentation using MS Excel and Word
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal communications
Track and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively
Liaise with vendors, couriers, and facility management as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
8–15 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure
Good written and verbal communication skills
Located in or willing to commute to Sector 42, Gurgaon
Residence within 10Km of office range.
