Job Description

Supervise all day-to-day construction activities.
Ensure work is executed according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
Coordinate with Architect, Structural Engineer, Contractors, and Vendors.
Supervise excavation, RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
Monitor labour attendance and productivity.
Verify material quantity and quality before use.
Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete work, curing, and workmanship quality.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with photographs.
Coordinate material delivery at site.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices.
Report construction issues and delays immediately.
Assist in measurement verification and contractor billing.
Coordinate inspections whenever required.
Maintain site documentation and records.
