Draughtsman- Assistant Architect

Job description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on design specifications and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drafting principles, proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality drawings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Create detailed and accurate while interpreting and analysingtechnical drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software and other drafting tools.

 Ensure that drawings adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

 Review and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.

 Prepare and update documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, and material lists.

 Adhere to project timelines and deliver drawings within specified deadlines.

 Assist in training and mentoring junior draughtsmen, as required. Eligibility:

 Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a Draughtsman in India, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.

 Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and other drafting tools.

 Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and practices.

 Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in India.

 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
