Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION – ARCHITECT


Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Openings: 3

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

Joining: Immediate

Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: All Sundays & 2nd Saturday


Key Responsibilities


Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections.


Prepare detailed architectural working and construction drawings.


Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.


Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants.


Review and revise drawings based on client, consultant, and site requirements.


Conduct site visits and coordinate with the execution team.


Resolve design-related issues during project execution.


Maintain proper drawing revisions and project documentation.



Required Skills


Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.


Good understanding of architectural planning and construction.


Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D software will be an advantage.


Good communication and coordination skills.


Experience in healthcare/hospital, residential, or commercial projects is preferred.



Qualification


B.Arch or relevant qualification


Candidate Preference


Candidates from Tamil Nadu only.


Chennai-based candidates will be strongly preferred.


Direct candidates only.


Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
