WE'RE HIRING - Architect + Interior Designer

Experience: 1-5 Years

Employment: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative Architect / Interior Designer who can handle design to execution end-to-end for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

- Meet clients, understand requirements, space planning

- Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans in AutoCAD

- Create 3D designs, renders, mood boards in SketchUp / 3Ds Max / V-Ray

- Prepare BOQ, material selection, costing & estimation

- Site supervision, measurements & vendor coordination

- Present designs to clients and handle revisions

- Ensure project completion on time, within budget & quality

Requirements:

- B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design

- Strong in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion / Any rendering software

- Good knowledge of materials, modular work, lighting & finishes

- Site handling experience in Chennai

- Good communication in Tamil & English

- Portfolio is mandatory
