Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Supervisor to oversee interior works at our construction sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising residential and commercial interior fit-outs, strong coordination skills, and a solid understanding of materials, finishes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities to ensure timely and quality execution

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams for seamless work progress

• Review and interpret interior design drawings and specifications

• Monitor material usage and ensure work is completed as per approved standards

• Inspect work progress, identify issues, and suggest corrective actions

• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline among the workforce

• Provide daily/weekly work updates to the Project Manager or Site Engineer

• Ensure the timely completion of works within the project timeline

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in interior supervision (residential/commercial)

• Strong knowledge of interior finishes like false ceiling, partition, carpentry, painting, electrical & plumbing fit-outs

• Ability to read and understand interior design drawings

• Good team coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple vendors and labourers at the site

• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and digital reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture, or related field

• Exposure to quality control and material inspection

• Ability to handle client queries at the site professionally
