Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Spectrum Talent Management Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Oversee day-to-day on-site operations to ensure smooth progress of interior design projects. Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and suppliers to align all aspects of the project with design specifications and timelines.

• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is carried out as per design and quality standards. Address any issues or delays promptly, coordinating with relevant parties to find effective solutions.

• Quality Control: Inspect and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials used on-site. Identify and rectify any defects or deviations from the design plan. Conduct final inspections and ensure all punch list items are completed to client satisfaction.

• Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or queries. Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders to keep them informed about project status and developments.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager and other relevant stakeholders.

• Labour and Contractor Management: Effectively manage on-site labor and contractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma & Above and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
