Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor who can handle end-to-end site execution, coordinate with clients, vendors, and teams, and ensure project completion within timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior materials, drawings, and on-site problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day on-site interior work and ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors for material and manpower requirements.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs.

• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.

• Maintain quality standards during execution.

• Handle site measurements, billing, and progress reports.

• Manage labour and ensure safety compliance on-site.

• Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular work updates.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, fittings, and finishes.

• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.

• Excellent site supervision, coordination, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously.

• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on quality and timelines.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
