Interior Site Supervisor

Astha Interiors and Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site staff, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site staff, including laborers and subcontractors.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Coordinate with the project manager, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues, escalating complex problems to management as needed.

• Collaborate with other teams, such as design and procurement, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in interior design or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Familiarity with project management software and tools.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
