Key Responsibilities

Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Create 3D visualizations and presentations for client approvals.
Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
Conduct site visits and supervise project execution.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.

Required Skills

Strong design and visualization skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software.
Knowledge of materials, furniture, and interior finishes.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
