Educational Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) (preferred but not mandatory)
Additional Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or any relevant design software
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends
Strong visualization and creativity skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience in project coordination with clients and vendors
Job Description:
Understanding client requirements and developing design concepts
Creating 2D and 3D designs, layout plans, and working drawings
Selecting materials, furniture, and finishes based on project requirements
Coordinating with architects, civil engineers, and contractors for project execution
Visiting project sites to ensure design implementation as per the plan
Preparing cost estimates and project timelines
Handling client presentations and modifications based on feedback
