Civil Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to join our team at Pixar World Construction Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Daily Site Operations & Execution

• Oversee daily civil construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, shuttering, steel binding, concreting, and finishing.

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution on-site.

• Assign daily tasks to labor crews, trade workers, and subcontractors, ensuring work proceeds efficiently.

• Monitor project timelines and report progress, delays, or technical issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.

Quality Control & Material Management

• Inspect incoming raw materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) for quality, correct quantity, and adherence to approved standards.

• Conduct regular quality checks at various construction stages to ensure compliance with specifications and building codes.

• Monitor material usage on site to minimize wastage and manage inventory levels effectively.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical trade certification / equivalent experience).

• Experience: 2–5+ years of hands-on site supervision experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure civil construction.

• Technical Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.

  • Practical knowledge of concrete technology, reinforcement detailing, and site surveying techniques.

  • Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) for DPR preparation.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Schedule Adherence: Completing assigned daily/weekly milestones on time.

  • Quality Assurance: Zero rework or structural deviations from approved drawings.

  • Safety Record: Zero lost-time injuries or major safety violations on site.

  • Material Efficiency: Keeping material waste within designated project allowances

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
