Architect

Role and Responsibilities

• Translate conceptual ideas into detailed architectural drawings and models.

• Utilize design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and hand sketching to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.

· Create high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs using software like Lumion and Enscape.

· Assist in the development of presentation materials and visualizations for client meetings and project proposals.

• Prepare working drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD for execution.

• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including detailing and annotation.

· Collaborate with engineering disciplines to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into architectural designs.

• Assist in project coordination and management tasks under the guidance of senior architects.

· Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve design issues.

· Review design documents and drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

• Use Photoshop for post production of render images.

3D Visualizer roles

· Transform architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality 3D visualizations

· Create detailed 3D models

· Develop mood boards, material palettes, and lighting studies

· Apply accurate materials, textures, and lighting

· Produce high-quality post-production work

· Create animation sequences, flythrough, and motion graphics

· Assist in creating presentation boards, concept visuals, and storyboards

Primary Skills

• Proven experience in Autocad, 3D Max, Vray, Corona, Photoshop (Render and post production)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education

· Bachelor’s Degree (Architect / Interior Designing)

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
