Consultation & Planning: Meet with clients to define project goals, analyze space requirements, and outline design objectives.Design & Visualization: Draft preliminary design plans, spatial layouts, and detailed electrical/partition layouts using 2D and 3D software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).Material Sourcing: Select and specify furnishings, fixtures, colors, and lighting, while creating physical or digital mood/finish boards.Budgeting & Scheduling: Estimate project costs, establish realistic timelines, and manage procurement of goods.Project Management: Hire and supervise contractors and vendors (carpenters, painters, electricians) and monitor on-site work to guarantee design integrity.Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building safety codes, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements.
