Senior Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect who can lead projects from concept to execution, bringing strong design thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept development to site execution.

• Develop design concepts, presentations, working drawings, and detailed documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Review drawings, materials, specifications, and on-site execution.

• Conduct regular site visits and ensure design intent is maintained.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination.

• Guide and mentor junior architects and designers.

• Ensure projects meet required quality, design, and technical standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of professional experience in architecture.

• Strong understanding of design, detailing, materials, and construction.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and relevant architectural software.

• Experience with working drawings and site coordination.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently manage projects and take ownership of deliverables.

• A keen eye for detail, proportion, materiality, and design quality.
