About the Role:

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to join our team at Micromint (India) Private Limited. The role is supervise the site . You’ll be responsible for planning layouts, selecting materials, supervising construction work, and coordinating effectively with vendors, laborers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee daily site activities to ensure timely project execution.

• Create and review layouts, drawings, and measurements.

• Select appropriate materials and manage procurement.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for project progress.

• Supervise laborers and ensure work quality and safety compliance.

• Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.

• Assist in interior and architectural design implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum).

• Experience: 0.5 – 5 years in civil, interior, or site supervision work.

• Good understanding of construction materials and methods.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or site layout drawings preferred.

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
