Civil draughtsman

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Civil Engineer to manage and oversee civil works at residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising residential building projects to ensure structural integrity, quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance with design and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site civil works related to residential construction, including foundations, RCC work, brickwork, plastering, drainage, and landscaping.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with approved drawings and specifications.

• Conduct site inspections and daily progress checks; prepare reports on work status.

• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards at the site.

• Estimate quantities and monitor the use of construction materials.

• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

• Assist in procurement planning and material scheduling.

• Handle contractor/vendor coordination, workforce management, and resolution of on-site issues.

• Maintain project documentation including site logs, daily reports, and material receipts.

• Ensure timely execution of work as per the project schedule.
