2D Designer

Lifespaces Interior is hiring a 2D Designer with strong drafting skills and a practical understanding of interior execution. The role involves preparing accurate drawings, coordinating with designers and site teams, and ensuring drawings align with real site conditions for residential projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings for interior projects including layouts and working drawings.

• Create electrical drawings with proper point placements and coordination.

• Develop false ceiling drawings with accurate levels and detailing.

• Take site measurements and translate them into precise drawings.

• Draft modular kitchen, wardrobe, and custom furniture drawings.

• Ensure drawings are aligned with site conditions and execution requirements.

• Coordinate with designers, carpenters, and site supervisors for clarity.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.

• Strong knowledge of layout drafting and working drawings.

• Experience in electrical and false ceiling drawings.

• Understanding of modular furniture and interior detailing.

• Ability to take accurate site measurements.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.

• Attention to detail and practical understanding of execution.

• Knowledge of ArtCAM software will be an added advantage.
