2D/3D Interior Designer

Tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp + V-Ray/Enscape, 3ds Max, or Revit.

Project Overview

We are looking for a visionary Freelance Interior Designer to collaborate on upcoming high-end projects. We don't just want someone to "fill a space"—we want a storyteller who understands materials, lighting, and human flow. You will be responsible for taking a concept from a raw idea to a photorealistic 3D reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Create unique design mood boards and material palettes based on the project brief.

• 3D Visualization: Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders that help clients "feel" the space before it’s built.

• Technical Drawing: Provide detailed 2D layouts, furniture drawings, and electrical/plumbing points if required.

• Creative Problem Solving: Suggest innovative materials and cost-effective design solutions without compromising on the "Wow" factor.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our team to refine designs based on feedback and structural constraints.

What We Are Looking For

• A Killer Portfolio: We want to see your "Signature Style." Show us completed projects or high-quality conceptual work.

• 3D Mastery: You should be an expert in rendering software. Lighting and texture accuracy are non-negotiable.

• Eye for Detail: From the choice of a door handle to the grout color between tiles, you notice the small things.

• Professionalism: Since this is freelance, we value deadlines. If you say it will be done by Tuesday, it’s done by Tuesday.

• Communication: Ability to explain the "Why" behind a design choice clearly and persuasively.
