Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete accounts & finance operations independently
Finalization of Accounts (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss)
GST working, return filing & compliance (GSTR-1, 3B, Annual Return)
TDS working, challan payment & quarterly return filing
Coordination with auditors, CA & government authorities
Bank reconciliation, cash flow & fund management
Stock & inventory valuation reports
Payroll processing, PF/ESIC working & compliance
Vendor/customer account reconciliation & pending payment follow-ups
Preparation of MIS, budget planning & financial analysis reports
Ensure internal controls, documentation & filing system
Overseeing junior accountants and team supervision

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong command in Tally / ERP / Advanced Excel
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit & Compliance
Ability to prepare Balance Sheet & Financial Statements
Excellent analytical & decision-making skills
Leadership ability and team handling experience
Good communication & reporting skills
