Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with at least 2 years of professional experience in managing accounting and taxation-related tasks. The role involves handling end-to-end accounting for clients, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations, and providing accurate reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for assigned clients.

• Prepare and file GST returns within statutory timelines.

• Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely compliance.

• Conduct GST and TDS reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Assist in GST audits and handle related documentation.

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and businesses.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory guidelines.

• Coordinate with clients to resolve queries and provide financial clarity.

• Maintain proper records, documentation, and supporting evidence for all filings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime.

• Good MS Excel and reporting skills.

• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling statutory audits.

• Knowledge of advanced reconciliations and compliance management.

• Exposure to working with multiple industries/clients.
  
  Candidate worked in CA firms will be preferred.
