Job Description

One of the fastest growing Company is a manufacturer of Precision Sheet Metal Stampings for Automotive Industry , an IATF 16949:2016 certified company. It manufactures critical stampings for applications in Automotive Brakes & Boosters, Engine and Turbo Charger parts. Customers include Bosch, Cummins, and Honeywell with exports to USA, UK, China and Brazil.

Position: Senior Executive -Accounts

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location : Bhosari, Pune

Qualification: B.com/M.com

Job Responsibilities:

Purchase Bill Booking in SAP B1 & Tally ERP-9
Transport bill & services bills checking &booking as per Agreements & Actual.
Import bills booking And Custom duty payment booking properly.
Preparation of Debit Note & Credit Note with Perfection
Posting of Various Journal Entries in SAP B1 & AP/AR booking in Tally
Proper Record of Capital expenses, Revenue expenses & Pre-paid expenses.

Skills Requirement:

Good Accounting Knowledge of Bill Booking, Debit & Credit Note.
Basic of Knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS & other Laws and conducting statutory audits
Proficient in MS office
