MIS Executive

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.

• Prepare and automate data-driven reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or other tools.

• Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support management decisions.

• Coordinate with departments (Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) to gather required information for reporting.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data and reports.

• Develop process improvements and reporting automation to increase efficiency.

• Handle ad-hoc report requests and provide insights to management as required.

• Support audits and compliance reporting by providing timely data.

• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and work with teams to resolve them.
