Junior Accountant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 2+ years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting functions. The ideal candidate will handle purchase, sales, quotation, and journal entries with accuracy, while supporting the finance team in maintaining proper records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and verify purchase and sales entries in the accounting system.

• Prepare and maintain quotation entries for business transactions.

• Handle journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations as required.

• Assist in maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting documentation.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for smooth financial operations.

• Support the senior accountant/finance manager in routine accounting tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Key Skills:

• 2+ years of accounting experience.

• Proficiency in handling purchase, sales, and journal entries.

• Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP systems preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Good communication skills.
