Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team at Thermofriz Product Company. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹22000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Handle GST reconciliation and ensure timely filing of returns.

  • Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.

  • Maintain compliance with ESI and PF regulations, including monthly returns and challans.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate stock records, ensuring periodic reconciliation with physical stock.

  • Record day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts).

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports.

  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as required.

  • Ensure adherence to statutory deadlines and accounting standards.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
