Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher or BCOM with Minimum 5 years of experience to join our finance team. The candidate will assist in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting functions while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger and detailed monthly closing activities. Support statutory audits, GST audits, and tax audits.

• Experience in TDS and related matters with compliance filling.

• Experience in payroll accounting and timely deposit of statutory dues (PF/PT/LWF).

• Experience in GST related matters from accounting perspective and supporting year end reconciliation with timely payment of RCM.

• Manage month-end and year-end financial closes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indian GAAP

• Experience in Vendor and Customer ledger reconciliation.

• Prepare and file monthly GST returns.

• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.

• Assist in financial statements preparation as per Accounting Standards

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

• Mentor, guide, and develop the finance team; promote a culture of high performance and accountability.

• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and system improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience of 0  - 1 year or BCOM with minimum 5 years of experience.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation laws

• Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Familiarity with tally accounting software.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
