Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher or BCOM with Minimum 5 years of experience to join our finance team. The candidate will assist in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting functions while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger and detailed monthly closing activities. Support statutory audits, GST audits, and tax audits.
Experience in TDS and related matters with compliance filling.
Experience in payroll accounting and timely deposit of statutory dues (PF/PT/LWF).
Experience in GST related matters from accounting perspective and supporting year end reconciliation with timely payment of RCM.
Manage month-end and year-end financial closes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indian GAAP
Experience in Vendor and Customer ledger reconciliation.
Prepare and file monthly GST returns.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.
Assist in financial statements preparation as per Accounting Standards
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Mentor, guide, and develop the finance team; promote a culture of high performance and accountability.
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and system improvements.
Required Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience of 0 - 1 year or BCOM with minimum 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation laws
Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance
Familiarity with tally accounting software.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
