Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations).

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, statutory compliance & filings.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

• Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and expense tracking.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy & timeliness.

• Support management with financial reports and MIS.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / SAP / any accounting software.

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
