Key Responsibilities:

 Inventory Check & Coordination: Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile stock reports, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock valuation.

 Vendor & Sales Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage daily cash inflows and outflows related to vendor payments and customer sales. Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.

 Investment Management: Assist in evaluating short-term and long-term investment opportunities. Help manage working capital and optimize fund allocation.  Financial Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Ensure accurate documentation of all financial transactions and compliance with internal policies.  Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and internal records regularly.  Expense Tracking: Track company expenses and suggest areas for cost optimization. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field  Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting  Strong analytical and Excel skills  Familiarity with inventory and cash flow processes  Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.) is a plus  Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Timing: 9.30 to 6.30

Job Location: On-site at Sector 48, Gurugram
