Key Responsibilities

• Award & Reward Management

  • Prepare bills/invoices for awards and rewards.

  • Maintain a proper record of all rewards distributed.

  • Coordinate with accounts and billing team for smooth payment/reward release.

• Data Management

  • Collect, verify, and maintain achievers’ data from the system/field.

  • Search and update achiever details regularly.

  • Prepare achievement reports for management review.

• Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing and training teams for achiever recognition.

  • Support in organizing award ceremonies, recognition events, and communication.

  • Provide timely reports on achiever trends, reward costs, and performance highlights.
