Job Title: Collection Boy (Medical Store)

Location: Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Collection Boy to handle cash and payment collection from hospitals, clinics, and customers for our medical store in Dhamtari. The candidate should maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of collections to the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and customers to collect pending payments.

• Maintain proper records of all collections and receipts.

• Submit collected cash/cheques to the accounts or billing department daily.

• Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules.

• Keep a log of dues and follow up with clients for timely payments.

• Handle all transactions carefully and maintain confidentiality.

• Support in delivery or dispatch work when required.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass

• Experience: 0–2 years (experience in medical store or field collection preferred)

• License: Valid two-wheeler driving license

• Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of local routes in Dhamtari

  • Honest, punctual, and responsible

  • Basic record-keeping skills
