*Hiring for Account Head (MALE)**Location Nangli sakrwati West Delhi**9.30 to 7.30 pm and 6 days**PICKUP DROP FACILITY FROM NANGLI METRO STATION TO OFFICE**SALARY UPTO 35K**Experience• *7–12+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles* *including managerial experience*• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.Skills• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Strong leadership and team-management skills.• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.*Position Summary*The Account Head is responsible for leading the entire accounts and finance function of the organization. This role oversees financial accounting, reporting, compliance, budgeting, audits, and internal financial controls. The Account Head ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial information while supporting strategic decision-making.________________________________________*Key Responsibilities*1. Financial Accounting & Reporting• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations.• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.• Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.2. Budgeting & Forecasting• Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate with department heads.• Prepare financial forecasts and monitor budget variances.• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.3. Taxation & Compliance• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).• Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure compliance with local and national tax laws.• Maintain updated knowledge of regulations and implement necessary changes.4. Internal Controls & Audit• Develop and enforce strong internal financial controls.• Liaise with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements.• Manage banking relationships and oversee payments/receipts.• Optimize financial resources and ensure liquidity.6. Team Leadership• Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team.• Provide training on accounting standards, procedures, and tools.• Ensure high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and professional conduct.7.
