📋 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily physical stock verification.

• Reconcile physical stock with system data in SAP.

• Ensure timely availability of packing materials for uninterrupted production.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of materials.

• Track stock levels, generate purchase indents, and prevent overstocking or shortages.

• Prepare and submit monthly inventory and MIS reports to the Head Office.

• Train and guide team members on correct stock handling, labeling, and issuance processes.
