We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our fast-growing fintech team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced financial environment. You will support daily accounting activities, reconciliations, MIS updates, and compliance-related tasks.
Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP or internal financial software.
Record and reconcile receipts, payments, journal entries, and other transactions.
Maintain accurate books, ledgers, and financial records.
Perform bank reconciliation on a daily/weekly basis.
Reconcile customer repayments, disbursements, payouts, and digital transactions (UPI, payment gateways, wallets).
Identify mismatches and coordinate with operations/finance teams to resolve them.
Assist in reconciliation of loan disbursement and EMI collections.
Support in NPA tracking, overdue bucket updates, and recovery status reporting.
Handle vendor payments, incentive calculations, and branch accounting support.
Prepare daily MIS reports and assist with monthly/quarterly financial statements.
Maintain documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
Assist in GST input data collection and TDS workings.
Support statutory filings (TDS, GST, PF/ESI payments if applicable).
Work closely with auditors, banking partners, and internal departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com).
6 months–2 years of accounting experience (Fintech/NBFC experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, Accounting Principles, and GST/TDS basics.
Ability to handle data in high-volume fintech operations.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
