Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.

• Assist in preparing purchase, sales, and expense records.

• Manage accounts receivable and payable.

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

• Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory filings.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare basic financial reports as per management requirements.

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance.

• Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
