Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our team. The

candidate will be responsible for handling Excel-based financial records, preparing Proforma

Invoices (PI), managing stock entries, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role does

not involve GST or Tally work.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare and maintain Proforma Invoices (PI) accurately.

 Manage and update stock records in Excel.

 Prepare and analyze Excel reports related to sales, purchases, and inventory.

 Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

 Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and stock-related queries.

 Maintain confidentiality of company financial data.

Requirements:

 Graduate in Commerce / Accounts or related field.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data entry & reporting).

 Strong organizational and analytical skills.

 Good command of English (written & verbal).

 Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

 Prior experience in PI preparation and stock management will be preferred.
