Job Description

Position: Account Executive

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Manage online reconciliation for e-commerce and quick commerce platforms

Handle offline reconciliation for retail store sales

Reconcile sales data with bank statements, payment gateways, POS, and platform settlements

Track and reconcile returns, refunds, commissions, and deductions

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and reconciliation reports

Maintain accurate books of accounts related to sales and collections

Coordinate with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Cash Reconciliation
