Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting records
Prepare and maintain bank statements and perform bank reconciliations
Create and manage sales invoices
Handle debtor and creditor reconciliations and maintain outstanding lists
Post vouchers, journal entries, and ensure proper bookkeeping
Manage invoices and follow up on payments
Assist in accounts finalization on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Process tax payments and support filing of statutory returns
Manage tax compliances including TDS, PT, GST, Service Tax, and VAT
Prepare statutory financial statements and related documentation
Support the senior accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities
Handle all other general accounting work as assigned
