Collection Executive

We are urgently hiring an experienced Collection Manager to drive payment recovery and account control for JH Trading and Fincap. This is a role for professionals who can independently handle customer follow-ups, manage high-risk accounts, and ensure timely collections in the healthcare ecosystem.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Track outstanding accounts from healthcare clients, pharmacies, and distributors.

• Review accounts and evaluate high-risk accounts.

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments with strict timelines.

• Develop flexible payment plans to maximize recovery and minimize defaults.

• Maintain and update payment records with complete accuracy.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer disputes related to payments.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–6+ years of strong experience in collections, recovery, or payment follow-ups (healthcare experience preferred).

• Proven ability to handle high-value and overdue accounts independently.

• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

• Capable of escalating complex cases to the concerned department when required.

• Comfortable with 6 days working (day shift) and meeting strict collection targets.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
