Accounts Executive

The Account Executive will handle day-to-day accounting functions, statutory calculations, reconciliations, and reporting activities. The role requires accuracy, timely compliance, and strong understanding of accounting principles and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records

• Perform TDS calculation and support return filing

• Perform TCS calculation and assist in statutory compliance

• Handle GST calculation, return preparation, and filing

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management

• Conduct bank reconciliation on a regular basis

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory timelines

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field

• Knowledge of TDS, TCS, GST, and basic taxation

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP) and MS Excel

• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills

• Good communication and documentation ability

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Experience Required:

• Typically 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
