Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of experience to handle daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.

• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and receipts.

• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.

• Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Coordinate with auditors during audits.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.

• Proficient in Tally ERP / Excel / MS Office.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
