Position: Account Executive
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory)

Industry Preference: Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm Experience (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm and should possess strong accounting, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance knowledge. Candidates must be from the Delhi NCR region and be comfortable with bank visits and other finance-related operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.

• Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Labour Law compliances.

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

• Assist in finalization of accounts and audit support.

• Perform bank reconciliations and coordinate with banks for account-related activities.

• Visit banks and government departments whenever required for official work.

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and MIS reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and clients.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable financial regulations.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.

• Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing.

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

• Experience in Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.

• Working knowledge of the latest accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, Marg ERP, or similar ERP/accounting software.

• Familiarity with e-filing portals for GST, Income Tax, PF, and ESI.

• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com (Mandatory)

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm is mandatory.

• Candidates currently residing in Delhi NCR only.

• Comfortable with bank visits and other official field-related finance tasks.
