Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team and provide comprehensive accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial advisory services to our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high-quality financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic support for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide end-to-end accounting, auditing, and taxation services to clients.

● Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

● Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and related filings.

● Assist clients with statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory audits.

● Offer financial advisory services including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

● Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and adherence to regulatory deadlines.

● Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients when required.

● Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.

● Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.

● Support clients/customers in business structuring, compliance planning, and financial decision-making.

● Manage the onboarding of new services on our website and client panel, ensuring end-to-end R&D, seamless setup, proper documentation, and smooth implementation of accounting and compliance processes.

● Build, train, and manage a team of accounting, taxation, and compliance professionals under the Jaagruk Bharat ecosystem to ensure efficient service delivery.

● Lead and mentor team members, establish operational processes, and drive quality standards across all accounting and compliance services.

● Work closely with customers and clients assigned by Jaagruk Bharat, ensuring high-quality service delivery, timely resolution of queries, and long-term client satisfaction.

● Collaborate with internal departments to scale accounting and compliance services and contribute to the growth of the organization's professional services vertical.

Required Qualifications:

● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks.

● Experience in handling client-facing roles in accounting, consulting, or professional services firms preferred.

● Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools).

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in handling multiple clients across industries.

● Knowledge of GST advisory and income tax planning.

● Ability to build and manage teams effectively.

● Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.

● Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
