Accounts Deputy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP or equivalent).

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and supporting documentation.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues such as GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.

• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

• Monitor petty cash transactions and maintain cash flow records.

• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar).

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
