Accounts Associate

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/ERP.

• Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor/client reconciliations.

• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense statements.

• Manage bank transactions and reconciliations.

• Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end closing.

• Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Support internal/external audits with documentation.

• Monitor petty cash and maintain records.

• Coordinate with departments for financial approvals.
