Job Description

Job Summary -

We are looking for  Female Accounts & Billing Executive/Office Coordinator to handle billing, payments, and basic accounting activities related to construction projects. 

Key Responsibilities -

  • Prepare and verify construction-related bills and invoices

  • Handle vendor and contractor payments

  • Maintain payment records, ledgers, and supporting documents

  • Coordinate with site engineers for bill verification and approvals

  • Follow up on pending payments and maintain proper documentation

  • Assist in basic accounting entries and MIS reports

  • Ensure compliance with internal payment and billing processes

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Qualification: B.Com

  • Experience: 1–4 years (construction / real-estate industry preferred)
