Accountant

Role: Accountant  

Location: Central Delhi  

Industry: Paint & Waterproofing Materials Trading

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) | 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM  

Key Responsibilities  

- Creation and management of E-Way Bills for daily operations.  

- Handling of Tally ERP9/Tally Prime for transactions, reporting, and bookkeeping.  

- Account reconciliation with vendors, clients, and other related parties.  

- Preparation and issuance of invoices with accuracy and compliance.  

- Oversight of day-to-day logistics operations including billing and documentation support.  

- Posting of vouchers, purchase bills, and expense entries in accounting software.  

- Assisting management in ensuring compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.  

- Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for payment follow-ups and records.  

Qualifications & Experience  

- Graduate or Equivalent in Commerce/Finance or related field.  

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in accounting and related areas.

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Office (Excel/Word), and basic GST-related tasks.  

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.  

- Experience in logistics and operational coordination preferred.
