Office Administration & Accounts Executive:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to oversee office administrative and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have good management ability, sound accounting knowledge, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and management efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Prepare and verify salary vouchers and ensure accurate processing of staff payments.
Manage expense vouchers and verify all supporting documents and approvals.
Maintain TDS data quarterly and prepare challan records.
Track partner payments, ensuring TDS deductions and approvals are completed.
Maintain and update debit sheets, cost sheets, and voucher records regularly.
Verify staff attendance, work verification, and assignment details.
Coordinate with the audit and accounting team for payment and documentation follow-ups.
Ensure all vouchers and records are properly signed, filed, and reported to management.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting and Excel.
Excellent organizational and management skills.
Good communication and coordination ability.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
1–3 years of experience in office administration or accounting.
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
